Background checks and registries

Most registry and watchlist checks run in the background: the user sees a waiting screen and enters nothing. The result is not shown on screen; a negative result ends the check with a failure or, depending on settings, is simply recorded in the session result.

Fully background

Technology What the user sees
AML Waiting screen
IP Check Waiting screen
GBDFL without SMS Waiting screen
Address without SMS Waiting screen
RPN Waiting screen
KZ Info Waiting screen (IIN entry in demo mode)
Face2Face NPCK Waiting screen with "Face similarity via the COID service"

With IIN entry

If the IIN or BIN is not known from previous steps or metadata, a short one-field form with an "OK" button is shown.

Technology Field Heading
GBDFL IIN "Enter your IIN"
PPS IIN "Enter your IIN"
Address IIN "Enter your IIN"
GBDUL BIN "Getting information through the GBDUL service"

GBDFL and Address with confirmation require the citizen's consent via SMS from number 1414. The user sees a waiting screen "GRANT ACCESS!" with the text "Please confirm your consent to data collection and processing by replying to the SMS from 1414!". The interface polls the status until a reply arrives or the session expires.

Tunduk

Kyrgyzstan only. Data is taken automatically from the recognized document. If something is missing, the form "Enter your PIN and document number" is shown with the note "Failed to retrieve the data automatically. Enter it manually": PIN, document series and number, "OK" button. The number of attempts is a setting.

Registry and background-check error messages are listed under Failure reasons.
