Compatibility and input data¶
Before assembling a Workflow, check three things: which data a technology expects in session metadata, what it needs from the user's device and which technologies it combines with. The full metadata format is on Session creation and metadata; this page is a per-technology summary.
Which technologies combine¶
Order in the Workflow¶
Technologies are arranged in groups with a fixed group order. Within the first group the order is free.
- Documents and Liveness: Document Recognition v2, E-Document, E-Document Child, MX-Document, MRZ, Tunduk, Liveness, PPS.
- Face matching: Face2Face, Face2Face NPCK.
- After the main checks: GBDFL without SMS, Address without SMS, RPN.
- Anywhere: IP Check, Persons, OTP, questionnaire, GBDUL, GBDFL, Address, KZ Info.
Dependencies¶
A technology in the left column requires one of the technologies in the right column to be placed earlier in the Workflow.

Mutually exclusive¶
Only one technology from each group may be in a Workflow:
- Address, Address without SMS, GBDFL, GBDFL without SMS;
- KZ Info, ERD;
- E-Document, MX-Document, Tunduk (documents of different countries).
Templates only¶
Digital signature technologies (DS Identifier, DS NPCK, DS Signer) are not available in the "from scratch" builder and are added through Workflow templates in the cabinet. The signing order is fixed: GBDUL → DS Identifier → Liveness → Face2Face → DS Signer; for NPCK: GBDUL → DS NPCK → Liveness → Face2Face NPCK → GBDFL without SMS → DS Signer.
Automatic skips¶
- If the user is not in the eGov database, E-Document is skipped together with Face2Face; Face2Face NPCK and GBDFL without SMS are not executed either.
- DS Signer with "allow pass without signing" is skipped when no document for signing was provided.
- GBDFL without SMS is skipped when a previous step forbade the data upload.
