Digital signature

Digital signature technologies run as a chain: identification first (DS Identifier or DS NPCK), then Liveness and Face2Face, then signing (DS Signer). At the end the signing result replaces the usual final screen.

DS Identifier

  1. Identification. Screen "Pass verification": phone number and IIN. In demo mode a PDF for signing is uploaded as well ("Upload a PDF file"). Identification allows 3 attempts.
  2. Consent. "I agree to grant access to my digital document and to the collection, processing and storage of my personal data" with a checkbox and a confirm button.
  3. Code. "Enter the received code" (SMS). Up to 5 attempts are available; after they are exhausted the check ends with a failure. If the alternative path is configured, "Enter the 6-digit code" from the app is requested instead of SMS.

DS NPCK

Identification through NPCK. Screen "Pass verification": IIN and phone. After submission an SMS arrives and "Enter the received code" appears. The number of code attempts is a setting.

DS Signer

  1. Consent to certificate issuance. "I consent to the issuance of an electronic digital signature (EDS)", link "View terms", button "Sign".
  2. Password.
    • No certificate: password creation screen. "Please remember the password, you will need it later".
    • Certificate exists: "Enter your password", counter "Attempts left: …". 5 attempts, then a failure. The link "Forgot your password? Click here to reissue the certificate" leads to reissue: an SMS code to the number whose last digits are shown, and a new password.
  3. Signing. While the document is being prepared: "Waiting for the document to load…". No input is required.

Digital-signature error messages are listed under Failure reasons.

Final signing screen

"Signing completed" with the link "Download signed documents as a zip file", or "Signing failed" with the reason text. Redirect by redirect_urls is not performed for Workflows with signing.
